Midlothian Flag Football provides recreational flag football opportunities throughout the year for men and women 18 years of age or older. We currently host a Spring Season, Summer Season, and Fall Season of 5v5 NFL Flag play, with 2 different divisions available: "A" Division (for more competitive play), "B" Division (for more recreational fun). No matter your age or skill level, there is a place for you!
